Terms and conditions of sale

Scope and acceptance

These terms describe a proposed inquiry-based process for legacy aircraft parts. A purchase occurs only after the seller issues a written quotation, the buyer accepts it and the seller confirms the order. No online form creates an order or reserves inventory.

Identification and condition

Each written quotation identifies parts, quantities, condition and available traceability documents. The builder of record is responsible for ensuring that the parts received are airworthy and suitable for their particular aircraft.

Buyer verification

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate aircraft and part information and arranging independent assessment of compatibility, condition, installation and regulatory acceptability by appropriately qualified personnel.

Price and fulfilment

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, insurance, freight, customs, duties and other shipment charges may not be stated at the time of final quotation and may be charged at shipment. Availability and lead times are subject to written confirmation.

Returns, warranties and liability

All sales are final and no returns are accepted, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Legacy parts are sold AS IS without a voluntary commercial warranty, subject to non-excludable statutory rights. Finish and level of completion of legacy Murphy parts can vary; for example, holes may not be pre-drilled to final size or may not be drilled at all. Buyers must inspect and assess suitability before use. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Export and restricted transactions

Orders may require identity verification, end-use information, export checks or other compliance screening. Seller may decline an inquiry where lawful supply cannot be confirmed.
